Elias Holland, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Holland of the First ward,' died last Friday morning from an obstruction in the bowels caused by lumping. Last Sunday week, while visiting hi grandmother at the Little Mountain, he and some other boys indulged In jumping. He returned home the next day but felt no bad effect until Wednesday night. From that time until liis death he suffered terribly and death came as a relief. He was born In this city December 25, 1887. His untimely death is a severe shock to his parents and relatives.
