The public card party under th-- j supervision of Mrs. Sarah Sterling was successful. We feel to thank the; Provo Post for helping to make it so. As music and singing is the life of any organization, Mrs. Hazel Larsen and Mrs. Josephine Taylor have certainly done their part in a musical way. We were well represented at the state convention at Ogden in August. We won the prize of $10 for the unit having the largest number of regsiter, ed delegates. Gilbert Y. Johnson and Miss Mary Williams entertained at the banquet, as our part of the convention program. In order that the Gold Star moth-,- 1 ers attend the rose garden tea in Ogden, the first day of the convention, we paid transportation for ail who wished to go. We have 37 members, two of which are Gold Star mothers. In conclusion.
