They inform ns that there are about three hundred Chinamen in the gulches in and about the camp, and their arrival is daily increasing. Provisions are plenty, prices reasonable. Hesslum k Co. have the largest stock at Springville. The population of the town in whites 'is about one hundred. The miners who are working are making good wages, running from $5 to $10 per day. Chatham, working seventeen men on Muddy Bar, is making an average of $11 a day to the hand. Capt. Bledsoe is cleaning from the labor of ten to twelve men, $30 to $30 per day.
