Holden informed those present that he had arranged for Barratt hall for the night meeting. An entertainment committee consisting of Nathaniel Jackson, chairman; J. C. Beb-hol- s and Henry F. Crittenden waa appointed by the department eommander, Murray W. McCarty. This committee will have charge of entertainment in addition to the address by the national eommander the night of July 29. It was decided that there should he a dinner for members of the national commanders party and that it should be attended by those members of the different posts in Halt Lake who, as officer or former officers, have been conspicuous in working for the good of the legion. Dee Stone was appointed to arrange for the dinner and it is probable that invitations to it will be issued by the department commander, aa but a limited number can be accommodated. It ia planned to meet Mr. DOher in Ogden with autoraobilee and bring him and the members of his party to Salt Lake.
