The board haa boon assembling data with reference to values in each county, and will compare these with the records of the county assessor, for this year. The following day commissioner and assessors from Juab, Millard, Sevier and Tooele counties have been, asked to meet with the state board. Other oountlee will follow later, as the board assembles the data which It Is desired to check over with the assessor. Practically all the counties in the state will during this week and next be asked to appear before the board for the purpose Of discussing assessments. This is because the decrees of the supreme court of the atate recently handed down In the matters of assessing money In banks, and title retaining notes and similar paper, and also in the manner of assessing real estate of banka, will make necessary in most Instances the reconvening of the county boards of equalisation. Any other matters which are deemed worthy of further examination by the county taxing officials will be gone over at the same time.
