LOCATION: Skills Development is located in Bldg. 534 on 11th Street. HOURS OF OPERATION: Frame Shop: ., 10 a.m.-- 5 closed; Tues.-Thurs- ., 6 for an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled one week in advance. Cost for both inspections is $25. CLASSES: Open to active duty military, Reservists, retirees, DoD civilian employees and their family members. Classes are on a rotation, except the basic framing class which is held every two weeks and the design matting class held once a month. is required for all classes. To call Ext.
