LIFESTEPS SUPPORT GROUP: This group meets every other Tuesday and it is offered for those participants who have completed the 12 week Lifesteps Program to help participants continue with their weight loss goals and or maintain the weight they have lost. BUILDING A BALANCED DIET:This class emphasizes healthy eating ideas and food nutrition with use of the Food Guide Pyramid and Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
