Durand has been moved from the ShockTrama ICU at LDS Hospital and his condition is improving, 388th Fighter Wing officials said. Anyone wanting to help the family can contact Lt. Jef- 15 BJ a Services Marketing and Publicity Office 20 The Hill AFB Services Division has been working closely with the 75th Security Forces Squadron to eliminate any problems that may arise when non-bas- e affiliated guests arrive to attend special functions held in Services facilities. The sponsor of any special function or event must submit a guest list to the Services facility manager where the special function or event is to be held. The manager will provide an appropriate number SFS Form 25 of Special Event or Day Passes and copies of the guest list to the 75th Security Union. Effective April 1999, bottled water is no longer a reimbursable travel expense and will be included in per diem. If the traveler's expenses for meals and incidental expenses exceed the prescribed per diem rate, they should file for actual expenses allowance. For more details, contact SSgt. MhocUstone All guests must present to the gate sentry a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance documents required by state law for motor vehicle operation. Any guest who appears on the guest list and has the proper documentation won't be denied access to that facility. Special function sponsors should ensure that the names of band members, DJ's, photographers and other hired contractors who will provide goods or services for the special function or event, are included on the guest list.
