In regular council action, a petition by I)r I'hil Taylor for annexation of 7.85 acres located on the southwest coi ner of the community was honored and the land was annexed into the city. they are required Council reemphasized that it cannot guarantee any annexation petitioner that his land can be filled with housing lots, but only that the land can become part of the community.
