He said he had been told by two previous representatives that it would be moved, and its removal was made a condition of previous approval of the new ski lift. Gardner said the stable has not been moved. Richan said he cannot vote for the amended plat unless that commitment is met. He approval with five conditions. The Commission specified that approval must be obtained from the State Engineer for a water district, a letter must be obtained from the North Fork Water District certifying adequacy of water supply, and an agreement made with Timp Haven Homes on road access.
