Rager, son of Mr and Mrs Clare R. Rager, Sandy, will marry Lori L. Sanders, daughter of Edward E. Sanders, and the late Sanders, Virginia Roosevelt, on May 31. The wedding will take place at the Silvercrest Reception Center, with bishop C. Wayne Erickson officiating. A reception will follow at Silvercrest. Best man is Gary Pelch with Mark Osborne, Mark Sanders, and Scott Sanders ushering. Ringbearer is Shelby Sanders. Maid of honor is Lee Ann are Bridesmaids Johnson. Delores Keddy, Karen Rager, Diane Rager, and Jill Sanders. Flower girl is Amber Sanders. The groom's parents hosted a dinner the day of the wedding at Silvercrest. The bride graduated from Union High, Roosevelt, attended USU, and is a graduate from Institute of Medical and Dental in Logan. The groom graduated from Jordan High and Snow College and attended USU. Showers were given by Shelly St. Ange and Beverly Evans. The newlyweds plan to reside in Sandy. o Lori Sanders and Gary Rager Tami Rasmussen, daughter of Mr and Mrs Craig W. Rasmussen, Sandy, will be married to Scott Dautel on June 1, 1984, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held from seven until nine that evening at the Sandy, Utah Crescent North Stake Center. A wedding breakfast will be given by the groom's parents, Mr and Mrs Daniel G. Dautel, Sandy, at Salt City Jail. Attending the bride will be Jill Rasmussen, maid of honor; Rosa Pierson, matron of honor; Denise Teri Dautel and bridesmaids; Allmendinger, Allan and Amy Hillary Rasmussen, flower 'girls; and Debbie Dautel was at the book. Best man duties will be performed by Kelly Davis with Randy Rasmussen and John Birch, ushering. The bride is a graduate of Alta and a senior at BYU, High ' in majoring elementary education. She is the junior assistant manager at The Gap, University Mall. The groom is a graduate of Alta High and is currently working at the main offices of JB's. He recently returned from an LDS mission to Vancouver, Canada. After a honeymoon in Park City, the newlyweds will make their home in Draper. She was born June 2, 1904 in Irvin, Idaho, the daughter of Mr and Mrs Hyrum J. Weeks, one of seven children. She married David H. Nielson Nov. 12, 1923, the marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Nov. 12, 1930. He worked at U.S. Smelter in Midvale as a civil engineer. He died Sept. 22, 1977. They lived in Murray and Midvale most of their married lives. She is a graduate of the practical nurse program at Utah Technical College, Salt Lake, and became a licensed practical nurse. She was a home nurse for a year and then worked in the newborn nursery at Cottonwood and Hospital Maternity Cottonwood Hospital from 1956 to 1961. The independent order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs of Utah just compelted their grand lodge c session at the hotel in Salt Lake City. This was the 110th annual 97th Grand Grand Lodge, 87th and the Encampment of session the Rebekah Assembly, I.O.O.F. of Utah. Clifford Anderson, Murray, was elected Grand Patriarch of the Grand Encampment for the second term. Phoebe Nielson She has held numerous positions in the LDS Church. She has cared for many children in her home, besides her own children. Her children include Mrs Kenneth (Violet) Poulsen, Murray, Mrs Melvin (Elaine) Durand, Kearns; Donald H., Salt Lake; and Douglas D., Draper. She has 11 grandchildren and 17 News 4,--H I.O.O.F. Happy Homemakers On Thursday, May 24 we had our second meeting. We learned motto , creed, about the emblem. the colors, and Jennifer Anderson handed out the record books, sheets and manuals. Mindi McNeil read the were and minutes they approved. Cathy taught us about rules of the kitchen and especially about having clean hands. Then we learned about liquid and dry measuring. And then we practiced measuring water, flour, sugar, and baking soda. Our next meeting will be June 19, at 10:30 at Jennifer's house.
