This pageant is the preliminary to the "Miss America Pageant." The program will begin at 8 p.m. and the lovely young lady crowned "Miss Sandy" will participate in the "Miss :UtahMiss America" Pageant held in Orem City during the month of June. Barbie Burrows, daughter of Wilma and Wesly Burrows. Brenda Hebert, daughter of Mr Hebert and Mrs Smethurst. Each girl will be judged on talent, poise and personality, evening gown and swim suit. The winner will receive a scholarship to the college of her choice. The M.C. for the evening will be Paul Brewer, a local entertainer who promises us an exciting and fun filled evening.
