Feb. 3 and 4, representatives from the units will be manning static displays, demonstrations and information booths throughout the mall. Jan. 19, 1984) PUBLIC NOTICE is Midvale City proposing to alter the City Zoning Ordinance Number 2, section 10-page 10-- 7 regarding minimum landscaping requirements. The existing ordinance requires a minimum of 15 percent for commercial and industrial zones. The city proposes to alter the ordinance to read as follows: Minimum area, width, frontage and yard distances shall be prescribed by the City for each building permit application depending upon circumstances particular to the proposed development and land parcel. Likewise, in certain circumstances the City may exceed minimum the percent landscaping requirements for each zone designation due to features special related to the proposed and development parcel. The site shall be landscaped according to a specific plan with plant materials approved by the City.
