Qualifications: Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and safe usage of cleaning chemicals, materials, disinfectants, janitorial tools and equipment. Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience and Education: Prior housekeeper experience preferred. High school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. The position is responsible for: Completing work orders that are assigned to Facilities Maintenance, which includes but not limited to; performing preventive maintenance on various company equipment, monitor and replace light bulbs and filters in all assigned facilities, painting and staining, responsible for the pools and spas and steam rooms in assigned areas and abide by strict safety guidelines and have a good safety record. Basic electrical / HVAC /Boiler knowledge a plus. Requirements: • Must hold a current state issued driver’s license and record in good standing • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial/retail facility maintenance • Current, Certified Pool/Spa Operator certificate • Must have basic knowledge and use of hand tools • High school diploma or technical school certification. • Ability to organize and schedule one’s own work assignments. • Ability to work holidays and weekends ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Act as the primary greeter both in person and answering the main phone line to the sales and marketing department. 2. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team with the goal of allowing the team to be more efficient with their time and reducing in efficiencies for the department. 3. Provide support with data input and reporting processes utilizing the Talisker Club CRM. 4. Provide support as requested for the Talisker Club Welcome Center program initiatives. 5. Maintain the operations, appearance and function of the Talisker Club Welcome Center – as outlined in the established processes and procedures, ensuring the facility is fully ‘show-ready’ at all times. 6. Manage and direct incoming requests from all members-owners, prospects, guests, and brokers. Assist with sourcing Club related requests, questions from appropriate Club personnel. 7. Keep current with Club offerings, amenities and special events. 8. Receive, sort, and route incoming mails to appropriate parties. 9. Assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies and Welcome Center hospitality items as requested. 10. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Possess a high school diploma. • At least 1 year of administrative/office support experience preferably in a real estate environment. • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable and polished manner with owners-members, management, real estate agents and internal-external clients and others. • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple responsibilities in order to meet strict deadlines. • Manage a high volume of work, in a fast-paced work environment.
