The luncheon will include members from the Utah African-America-n community whom the inmates have invited. The luncheon is an opportunity for the inmates to express their gratitude and appreciation for the support, both moral and financial, that the African-America-n community has provided for them. CUCF has approximately 70 African-America- n inmates, 6 percent of the inmate population. The inmates are represented by a seven member In tion. .
