"When you see the high caliber of our enlisted personnel here at Hill AFB, it is no wonder at all why we have the strongest, most successful Air Force in the world," said CMSgt. Thomas C. Moeglein, Ogden Air Logistics Center's senior enlisted adviser. Awards were given in three active duty and three Reserve categories. "Every year the competition to be named the best becomes stronger for each enlisted category. Fractions of a point separate those selected from their peers. Each commander who forwarded a nomination can be justifiably proud, for every nominee represented his or her organization in a suberb manner.
