She married Llewellyn Delano Busby, on September 22, 1953. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles Temple. He passed away May 22, 1989. She grew up in Alhambra, California and graduated from Alhabmra High School in 1952. She later attended BYU. She devoted her life to her family and church. Darlene especially enjoyed researching family history. She served as Stake Primary President in the Lindon Stake. She is survived by three sons and three daughters: Thomas (Sharon), Pleasant Grove; Rachel (Mark) Clinger, Mildenhall, England; Andrew San Bernardino, (Mikel), California; Kathlene Busby, Fountain Valley, California; Christopher (Vicki), Granite Bay, California; Nancy Busby, Lehi; 19 grandchildren and 1 great- granddaughter. Additional survivors include a sister Aurora (Henry) Florence, Lehi; and brother Ferrin Talley, Costa Mesa, California. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lindon Twelfth Ward Chapel, 731 East Center Street, Lindon. Friends may call Wednesday evening from p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Thursday one hour prior to services. There marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple in November of 1977. Chris and his wife lived in Lehi and later retired to the St. George area. Chris was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. He served his country in World War II as an Officer and a Cadet resentative ... Ill and Ridge Hallock. He will always be remembered for his good humor, gifted creativity, and charismatic personality. Funeral services will be Wednesday, noon, at the Manila 2nd Ward Church, 900 North 900 East, American Fork, (new chapel), where friends may call one hour before the services. He gradu ated from Bethel High School in Spanaway, Wash., and was awarded the honor of an Eagle Scout. He served his God and country as a Navy Seal and achieved the distinguished title of "Iron Man." He was accomplished in many sports, especially volleyball and football. Robert was an exceptionally talented artist and had a keen eye for design and beauty.
