This month's guest presenter will be Marty Rcbbins,who will speak about preparing quality slides and presentations to use to enter art exhibits. She is the daughter of Randy and Lisa Hunt of Lehi. Jackie is a totally involved, hardworking, loving, and caring senior. She is a newspaper and yearbook editor, a member of the National Honor Society and science and Spanish clubs, and a Sterling Scholar. She is also a member of the seminary council and has participated on the cheerleading squad. Jackie has received the National English and Science Merit awards, is listed in Who's Who Among American High School Students, and is a high school representative for a statewide volunteer summit. She has won numerous PTA Reflections awards for photography, music, and literature on the city, state, school, and regional levels. She has had several of her poems published in local and national anthologies. She has also accompanied several school, city, and church choirs. Jackie maintains a 3.938 grade point average while taking advanced placement classes in history, English, music, and biology. As an active member of the Lehi 5th Ward. Jackie has served in all her Young Women's class presidencies and Jaclyn "Jackie" Hunt is currently working on her Young Women's Recognition award. She is a stake youth representative, a stake Young Women's president assistant, and she is in the presidency of her seminary class. In community activities, Jackie is a member of the Lehi City Youth Council and a DARE role model. She is a reading tutor, volunteers her time to play piano at local rest homes, and has coached a girls' softball team. She has also helped with the city Easter egg hunt and the project. In her free time, Jackie enjoys playing piano, reading, writing, working with computers, dating, being with friends, and enjoying life. She believes that "we heal the past, live the present, and dream the future." Jackie's future goals are to write books, teach high school English, and help the youth.
