The group will meet today from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in the Eldred Center, 270 W. 500 North, Room 6, Provo. The group meets the first Wednesday of each month. Tadje Ryan called to serve in Nicaragua Elder Ryan Knight Tadje, son of John and Kathy Tadje of Alpine, has been called to serve in the Nicaragua Managua LDS Mission. Performances will be held at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. on the soccer field northwest of the Memorial Building, 100 N. Center. The public is also invited to the site at 8 a.m. to watch the tent raising; there is no charge for that event. Eagle Mountain town ings meet- The Planning Commission of the town of Eagle Mountain will meet at 5 p.m., followed by the Town Council meeting at 7 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the American Legion Hall, downstairs at the Memorial Building, 55 N. Elder Ryan Tadje !j The Lehi Fire Department will present the annual fireworks show from Vet's Ballpark at dusk, approximately 10 p.m. The Fire also celebrates Department 0 Independence Day by firing salutes between 6 and 6:30 a.m. from various locations throughout the city. Stuart Rees to serve mission in Pennsylvania Elder Stuart Rees, son of Roger and Janice Rees of Lehi, has been called to serve in the Pennsylvania Harrisburg LDS Mission. He spoke in a sacrament ser- vice Sunday, June 29, in the Lehi 16th Ward. Elder Rees will enter the Missionary Training Center on July 2. The Manic Depressive Association of Utah Valley meets today and every Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Utah State Hospital administration building. Cancer Control Clinic The Cancer Control Program, Utah State Department of Health, and the Utah County Health Department is providing breast and cervical cancer screenings for women today from 8:20 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Provo.
