Miller, 84, Lehi, died Feb. 18, 1997 at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City. He was born June 12, 1912 in Cadillac, Mich., son of Chris Miller, Sr. He married Mildred Louise Shaner Aug. 7, 1948 in Tacoma, Wash. She died June 20, 1978. He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Battle of the Bulge and also at Northern France, Normandy, Ardennes, the Central Europe. Rhineland half-siste- Jeffery N. He was a veteran of World War II. He was also an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife of American Fork; children: Steven and Hermila Walker, Bountiful; Jeanette and Donald Barber, Clearfield; Marjory Alexander, American Fork; Barbara Ogden, Kearns; 10 grandchildren; a brother and a sister, Orren W. Walker, Jr., Mary Boman, both of Ogden. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be Friday, Feb. 21, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork 21st Ward Chapel, 280 N. 900 East.
