Richards Dale Richards opens office Dr. Dale Leron Richards II will open Health Wise Chiropractic and Kinesiology Clinic on Monday, Feb. 13. He served an LDS mission in New Zealand, and then attended the University of Utah where he studied biology. In 1989 he was married to Kelly McAfee. They now have two sons, Dartanian, age 4, and Dean, age 7 months. Dr. Richards received his chiropractic degree at Texas Chiropractic College where he was an honor graduate. During his school career, Dale was vice presi-- . dent of the Texas Chiropractic College student body for one year and was named Student of the Year in 1993. He was a national leader for the Student American Chiropractic Association, serving as vice chairman for one year. Dr. Richards has received 200 hours of postgraduate training in applied kinesiology, a technique which uses muscle testing as a way to evaluate and aid in the diagnosis of a patient's condition. It is especially useful in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and difficult health conditions. Health Wise Chiropractic and Kinesiology Clinic will be open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon, and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. 1 p.m. Saturdays by appointment only. The Scouting for Food Drive begins on Saturday, Feb. 25, when the Scouts distribute bags to be picked up the following Saturday, March 4. Day says hundreds of Scouts will again be participating to collect food for the hungry of Utah and will be assisted by the Utah National Guard. The bags for collectingfood have been donated by Utah Power and Light Company. Suggestions on the type of food to donate have been listed on the bag. Varsity and Explorer Scouts will assemble and deliver the food with the transportation support of the Utah National Guard, which has been, involved in the program since its inception. The collected food will be distributed to community food banks throughout central, southern and eastern Utah. She was born Jan. 4, 1918 in Lake wood, Ohio to Herbert J. and Angeline Sanders Brown. Orphaned at an early age, she was raised by her grandmother and her aunt. She married John Gordon Jan. 21, 1 1941. He died is, Nov. 29, 1991. 4 She was employed in banking and in retail sales. They lived many years in Ohio, and after retirement moved to Cali. fornia.
