Show Free Press - Wednesday. Ultchen Perfect homemade pizza By CAROLYN KURR WARDLE I have finally found a homemade Fizza recipe that is as good or better than take-ou- t pizza. I have tried many recipes but none of them seemed to have that magic combination of ingredients that made the restaurant variety so good. The recipe in this column has not only passed my series of qualifications but has also been approved by all those who have tasted it The crust of Perfect Pizza is easy to make. It is also excellent when whole wheat flour is substituted for flour. The sauce is the thick and has a savory blend of spices. For those of you health freaks, try the Vegetable Sauce. Top the pizza with cheese for a zesty vegetarian dish. Stock up on all of your favorite toppings and make this pizza to your exact specifications. Enjoy!
