Among the points of interest in Alaska were Columbia Glacier the largest glacier in the world, being seven miles wide and 350 above the liay; at Sitka, Mt Edgecumhe, an extinct volcano with a perfect cone; Sitka Nationa Park containing many beautiful ferns, Eskimo Totem Poles, and relics of Russia's original ownerRusship of Alaska.
