July 7. 1955 FIELDING By Florence Munson Scouts, Explorers Enjoy Outings Daryl Garn, Dennis Richards, Larry Hess, Dent Mason, Owen Hess, Mike Moss, and Gary Potter accompanied by their Explorer Post 631 leaders, John A. Bourne and Uel Gam are spending a ten day vacation at Yellowstone Park and on into Canada. They will return by the Northwestern States. Scout Troop 131 along with their supervisors, Jay Bourne, Ross Rudd and Rex Richards returned the forepart of the week from an enjoyable week's vacation to Yellowstone Park. Elders Enjoy Party The Elders and their partners held a party at the Church building Friday evening. A luncheon was enjoyed followed 14 couples by games. About were present. Nancy was Maid of Honor for her friend the former Miss Helen Rees. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Smith and children spent the weekend at Yellowstone Park. They devoted their time to making hot pad holders. On Thursday they attended the Welfare Party at Garland. The next meeting will be at the home of Lorene Burton and judging of the hot pads will take place. Accident Postpones Trips Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Farnsworth are sorry to learn of their car accident at Midvale which resulted in both having their ribs broken and cuts and bruises. Mr. Farnsworth returned home Tuesday, while Mrs. Farnsworth will remain for a few days with her daughter. Mrs. Carmen Richardson at Salt Lake City. The Farnsworths were starting on a weeks vaca tion to Southern Utah when the accident occured which hospitalized them for a few days. Mrs. Lucille Potter and Mrs. Effie Potter spent Sunday at Farmington. Their mother.
