As a new feature, a children's parade will precede the main affair, which will include dogs, cats, birds, tricycles, pet live stock, ponies, dolls and a host of other children's features. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each of the eight di visions in the children's group and each child participating will receive a free ticket to any ride at the carnival. Prizes will also be awarded to winners in the main parade. Parade starting time is set for Thursday, at 4 p. m. Top Talent Show Slated Some of the top talent in the valley will appear Thursday night, at 8 p. m., on the talent show, sponsored by the Associ ated Women's Farm Bureau of Box Elder County. To be held at the fairgrounds, chairman Mrs. Ernest Huggins of Bear River City, urges all talented persons up to 28 years of age who are residents of the county, to participate.
