Gibbs of Portage and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Fuhri-ma- n and daughter Dixie Lee, Mrs. Ulalla Cornwall and daughter Mary and Con Hansen of Tremonton and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. R. Harris of Trenton were among those who attended the wedding of Miss JXene Moore and Gerald McClure at Idaho Falls, June 20. The bride Is the nt daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mroore and is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. D. Harris. The Gibbs family held their La-mo- annual reunion Saturday at the Portage Ward church. Joseph Salisbury of Newton, Utah, president of the organization presided. A good program was presented after the group enjoyed lunch on the lawn. The remainder of the afternoon was spent playing softball and special activities for the children. Approximately 175 were present. Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Ward and family of Ogden visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. D. Harris. Their son, Douglas, remained for a weeks visit with his grandparents. He is recuperv ating from an opxatlon. The Virgil Harris had as Sunday guests, Mr .and Mrs. Clifford Madsen and family of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Rees and family and Mrs. Nellie Rees of Malad and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gleed of Malad called on their way home from a trip to California to get their children, Lon-n- y and Linda, who have spent the past week with their aunt, Mrs. Harris. Mr. and Mrs. Feme B. Flint of Clearfield visited here Sunday with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Merrill and sons of Idaho Falls are visiting with Mrs. Merrill's father, David visited from Tuesday-unti- l Friday with relatives at Idaho Falls and Duboise, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Ora H. John and Mrs. Woodrow Clark spent Wednesday in Salt Lake City. Larry Howell, Darrell Rose, Trent John, Carton McCrary, Ronald John, who are employed at Hill Field spent the weekend at their homes here. Mr. and Mrs. John B. Allen of Portage, Mrs. Mary Castleton and daughter Tamara, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Allen, Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Hansey of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Gus Benson of Los Angeles, California enjoyed dinner at Maddox at Brigham City. Wednesday evening prior to the departure of Mr. and Mrs. Benson who left Thursday after a ten days visit here and in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. James Olsen and family of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Edna Stanger of Ogden visited Wednesday with Mrs. Ladetha Hosklns and Mr. and Mrs. Murray Hosklns. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar McCormick and' children of Pocatello, Idaho spent the weekend here visiting with Mrs. McCormlck's mother, Mrs. Evelyn Conley and other relatives and friends. Mrs. J. W. Knudsen, sister of Mrs. McCormick returned with them for a visit. Mrs. Virgil C. Harris returned home Wednesday after a weeks visit in Idaho Falls with Mr. and Mrs. Lamont Moore and In Blackf cot with Mr. and Mrs. Tas-mGibbs. She was accompanied by Mrs. Moore who visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William D. Harris until Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Hall and daughter of San Francisco, who are visiting here and Mrs. Vera an Hall and daughter, Irene, left Saturday for Idaho Falls, Idaho for a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Evan Stevenson. Mrs. Walter Nelson, Mrs. Arch Robinson and daughters, Coleen and Helen of Morgan, Utah, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Neilsen Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Devere Bell of Ogden stopped Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Bell Thursday, July 3, 1952 and left their two sons to stay for a week while they are gone to Yellowstone Park. Mrs. Reed Neilsen and children went to Ogden Friday where Owen was given a therapy treatment. Mrs. Neilsen's mother, Mrs. Sadie Owens of Malad and Richard Owens of Ogden came home with them. Mr. and Mrs. LaVerd John of Brigham City visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. L. Gibbs and other relatives and friends, Mr and Mrs. Ralph Neilsen visited Sunday evening at Gar-- 1 land with Mrs. Ruby Neilsen.
