Assistant scoutmasters Bob Bennett and Max Adams, along with Joe Burgess, furnished transportation for the young scouts, and the day at the Basin was enjoyed by all. Several of the youngsters had skiing outfits, and picked up the modern method of skiing on the double-quicsaid Max Adams. Those without skiis enjoyed an exciting day on the toboggan. Mrs. Robert Bennett and Mrs. Max Adams also attended the winter outing. More such excursions are being planned for future weekends, the scoutmasters said.
