The approximate quantities consist of 15,000 linear fe"et of 10" pipe and necessary fittings and appurtenances. Bids on the construction of the line will be considered at this time but under a separate contract. Material bids will be received in the Office of the City Recorder in the Helper City Hall in Helper, Utah, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time in the City Council chamber. Each (bid must conform to and be responsive to this invitation, the 'Instructions to Bidders, the Plans and Specifications and all other contract documents as are now on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the City Recorder. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained at said office Iby depositing $25.00 for each set. This deposit will be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned in good condition within five days after the bid opening. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check made payable to the City, or a satisfactory bid bond in favor of Jthe City in the amount of 5 of total bid submitted.
