Thursday in the college Little Theatre. The four who survived preliminary eliminations last Thursday are Lane Palmer of Tremonton, Dean Frisch-knecof Manti, Charles H. Henry of Salt Lake City and David Patterson of Clearfield. Eight students entered the preliminary round. Dr. Chester J. Myers of the college speech faculty, chairman of the contest, indicated that the public would be invited to attend the final round. Winner of the contest will be presented the S. A. R. oratory medal. Under the tenant purchase program the United States government furnishes the family that is fortunate enough to be chosen, with funds enough to make a full purchse of the land and fully equip the farm with buildings. It is not the intention that the tenant purchase farms should be model farms, but more that they should be a type farm that will serve the needs of a typical American family in the area in which they choose The annual meeting of the Wellsville Mountain Area project corporation should have been publicly announced for the third Tuesday in January, 1941.
