All ordinances and reso- lutions, or parts of ordinances and resolutions in conflict with the provis- ions hereof, be and the same are, hereby repealed, and after said bonds are issued, this ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable until said bonds and the interest thereon shall have been fully paid, satisfied and discharged as herein provided. Section 4. The Interest falling due on said bends on the 1st day of August, A.
