New management proposed to recover and hold at Tremonton, the trust fund of $200 for each gratuitant and some $5,000 for the Tremonton Revolving fund. Any deficits ultimately found in these funds when a full accounting is had from the corporation with which the club has affiliated, will be made up out of emergency income now being raised. Beginning October 9, three stamps instead of one will be affixed and cancelled after the latest Tremonton date on each certificate before merchants are authorized to accept them. However, the membership agreement is maintained to affix and cancel one a certificate is ' stamp every time spent or given away, wun a anumci stamp for every three days certificate is held. Face value will be guaranteed to surparticipating merchants for their with plus clearinghouse certificates, stamp conditions modified according to the quantities redeemed as follows: 50 or more certificates from the same merchant at one time, each holding at least four stamps cancelled after the latest office dates on each. 10 or more certificates, with at least five stamps, after said dates; and 5 or more certificates with at least six stamps, after said dates, with the exception that all certificates which have gathered 50 stamps must receive the total of 55 stamps to be redeemed and retired. Two classes of certificates will be issued: clearinghouse certificates for each of which dollars are deposited, and time gratuity certificates. The latter are readily (identified by the following clause printed in black ink across the face and signed by the gratuitant as well as by the of Tremonton Prosperity club: "The TREMONTON PROSPERITY CLUB will pay $1 to bearer, 137 days after date, provided that 55 stamps which have been purchased of this club, shall have been affixed and cancelled, at not to exceed three day intervals. Gratuitants who have not received 200 certificates may start drawing conditional payments this week. Each gratuitant will buy or get some other member to buy for their credit, the same number of clearinghouse certificates as they receive of time certi- -' ficates for their gratuity. Any member or gratuitant may thus cause the gratuity time certificates to be issued to any member who is eligible. Merchants are not under any contract to take the time certificates. Each dollar received by the sale of cleaiing house certificates and stamps will be kept in trust by the Tremonton Club to redeem the certificates which are issued by it.
