MARCH 21, 1935 -- Bear River HIGH LIGHTS DEWEYVILLE POOR FISH BECOMES Clifford McMurdie and Jack Hales of Ogden, visited on Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Germer as the guests of their son, Billie. Mrs. J. A. Fryer and daughter, Darlene visited the weekend at Salt Lake City. They were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Schieb. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Heusser attended a birthday dinner on Monday in honor of their daughter, Mrs. Reed Giles at Tremonton. Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Burbank entertained a number of friends at their home on Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Marble and Mrs. Victor Burbank and Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Burbank attended the birthday dinner at Brigham City, given in honor of their mother's 79th birthday The senior girls, who graduate this Bpring have decided to wear sport dresses. The class of '34 wore sport dresses for the first time in several years. This year there has been considerable discussion over the different type of dresses, but last Friday at a special meeting the majority of the girls voted for sport attire. The two girls are coming from Hollywood, also in search of a job.
