Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Currier of Salt Lake City were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Andersen. The Relief Society presented a pageant here Sunday evening. The former presidents and the first members of this Relief Society, also the bishopric was presented with flowers. Mrs. Eva L. H. Christensen and daughter, Rhoda,, spent last week visiting her daughters and son in Cache Valley, before Rhoda leaves for her mission to the Western States. She will leave for Salt Lake the fore Mrs. Victoria Thompson was very pleasantly surprised on her birthday Monday, March 18, when some 20 of her friends from Bear River City, came up, just shortly after her daugh ter, Dollie and husband, Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Iversen walked in, coming all the way from California to be at the party. The evening was spent in playing games, after which refreshments were served by the visitors. All of Mr .and Mrs. Thompson's 10 children were present at the party. All had a very pleasant evening. The M. I. A. dramatic company took their play to Bothwell on Tuesday evening. The genealogical society will present a pageant, also pictures of the temples will be shown here next Sunday evening at 7:30. All are invited to attend.
