The book, "Tre Cutters" was given by Mrs Clifford Barker. Refreshments were served to 13 members and 1 guest. The O. E. S. held their regular Harvest Festival in the lodge hall in Cor-inSaturday night. A turkey dinner was served to 150 members and friends from Ogden, Brigham, Tremonton and Garland. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Cornwall spent the week end with Mrs. Cornwall's parents Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Harris at Portage. Mrs, E. R. Winzeler, Mrs. Guy Johnson and Mrs. Douglas Cannon entertained five tables of bridge at the Winzeler home last Thursday evening. A three course luncheon was resved. Mrs. E. H. White, Mrs. H. T. Woodward and Mrs Bob Jackson won prizes Marjorie Koford entertained Saturday evening at her home in honor of Fae Clark, of North Garland, who is leaving in the near future with her parents, to make her home in Salt Lake: Games were played and refreshments served to 36 guests. Mr .and Mrs. E. R. Winzeler and son were week end guests in. Salt Lake, Mr.' Winzeler attended a meeting of the Dodge dealers Saturday. A farewell party for Mrs. Amy F. Randall was given Monday night at the R, C Harris home. A dinner was served to 24 guests and he remainder of the evening was spent in a social chat Mrs. Randall left Tuesday for Morgan where she will visit her son until after Thanksgiving then she will go to Salt Lake to make her home. Mrs. Orson Iverson and children, also ,her daughter Valoy, of Ogden, returned home Sunday after visiting several days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. P. Jensen, in Brigham and her brother, Marvin Jensen' in Spanish Fork. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Moore were Sunday guests of Eugene Schaub in Logan. Mrs. Ernest Ilsley, accompanied by her friend Mrs. Fred McDonald, returned to their home in Napa, California, last Thursday evening alter visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edtfdr Winchester-Miand Mrs. B. I'. Winzeler were business visitors in Salt Lake Monday and Tuesday. Mildred Carter was hostess at a bunco party held last Thursday evening at her home. Bertha Landvatter and Glen Wyatt won high score and; Bettie Gibbs and Harvey Ault low. lie freshments were served to 20 guests. The hostess was assisted by Mrs. T. A. Carter and Miss Jeanette Ault. Mrs. H. T. Woodward entertained a few friends at a bridge party at her home Saturday afternoon, Mrs. B. F. Winzeler and Mrs. Alma Theurer won prizes. Grace Sargent, of Detroit, Michigan and Mrs. Joe Babic of Armstead, Montana, left Tuesday for Armstead after visiting with their parents Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Sargent for the past week. Ton! Lynn Stander was honored guest at a birthday party ,it being his sixth birthday, given Sun. afternoon by his mother, Mrs. Dave Stander. The many friends of Mrs. Park Stumm will be glad to know she i3 improving after an illness of the past three weeks. 'Mr. and Mrs. E. H.
