Isaacson and Leo Oyler entertained the Relief Society ladies at the home of Mrs. Isaacson Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Lee Isaac son of Garland, was a special guest Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Sorensen and Mrs; C. J. Hansen motored to Salt Lake' City. Friday, returning home Tuesday. An old fashioned quilting party was held at the home of Mrs. J. W. Lar son. Friday. Seventeen ladies were present and two quilts were made, un der the supervision of the ward Relief Society. A second little daughter has arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Rhodes, thus .making the fourth grand child for Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Rhodes. The Glearen Girls and 'M Men sponsored a dancing party at the ward house, Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Fisher of St. Anthony, were Sunday guests of Mr. and MrS.'Alva Rhodes. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Adams and Miss Louise Atkinson motored to Og-de- n on business, Saturday. Mrs. Eric Northman and children of Garland, are visiting with her parents, Mr, and Mrs. J. W Larson Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Korth and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Isaacson were Ogden visitors, Wednesday. Jasper Robertson of Fountain Green who spent the past week visiting his sister, Mrs, I. L. Mrs. Iver- sen is at the Dee Hospital in Ogden. Saturday Mrs. Ernest Anderson en tertained a few relatives and friends in honor of her birthday. The afternoon was spent in playing Monto Car lo Wist, with Mrs. Olive Reese win ning high score and Mrs. Soretta Johnson winning low score. At four thirty a delicious hot dinner was served to sixteen guests of this city and th Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Christensen of Brigham City. Mr. and Mrs. George Hansen, Glenn Christensen, Ivan Iversen, Henry John and Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Hansen attended a kitchen shower given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Peter sen at Garland, Utah, Saturday evening, in honor of Mr. and Mrs. John Albert (Buck) Petersen, who were recently married. Mrs. Christian Zinck and daughter, Carrie, spent Armistic day visiting relatives in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Emma Ohman had as her Sun day dinner guests, Mrs. Ada Ander sen and son, Lewis, Mrs. Bettie Mutch of Midvale, Ltah, Mrs. Maggie An dersen, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Andersen Mr. and Mrs. Everett Andersen, Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Andersen, all of Cor inne, Mr. and Mrs. June Thompson Wm. Krotch, Mrs. La Mar Iversen of relatives here, returned to Logan, Sunday,' to visit his daughter, Miss Wanda, a critic teacher at the U. S. A. C, and his son, Doyle, a student of the same university.
