Tlie Northern Division of the Ladies Farm Bureau will hold a meet' ing at Jhe Commercial Club rooms, Friday, April 15, at 2 o'clock. The subject is "The Care and Repair of Electrical Equipment." All project leaders are requested to be present. Each member should bring a small screw driver and an electric cord. Visitors, from the U. S. A. C. are expected to be in attendance. Mrs. Tracy Welling, President of the Home and Community Section of North Box Elder Farm Bureau, and Mrs. P. E. Ault, County club advisor accompanied Miss Iiola Jensen, home demonstration agent of Lcgan, to Portage, Monday afternoon, where they held a meeting in the interest of Farm Bureau and club work. In the forenoon a meeting of par- . 4-- 4-- H club girls and leader was held at Riverside, with Miss Jensen present, who explained club work and gave information on how to organize a club. Riverside will have a 1st year foods club this year with Mrs. Cleo Forsberg as leader and Mrs. Ira Ward as assistant Mrs. Effie Barrows, state home man agement specialist will be present and give a lesson and demonstration on the care and repair of electric equip ment to Farm Bureau women, on Apr. 15th, at Bothwell ,at 10 o'clock, for Bothwell, Penrose and Thatcher. At Tremonton Lions Club rooms at 2 o' clock for all locals in surrounding territory and at 8 o'clock at Riverside, A good attendance is desired at each 4-- H meeting. E. Pinder. Ihe officers and teachers of the ward primary association, entertained at a kitchen shower Thursday after noon at the home of Mrs. Delos Thomp son in compliment to Miss Bonnie Bow cutt, a bride of the month. Mrs, Thompson, Mrs. Winona Milliner, Miss Blanche Thompson and Miss Venna Kirkliam were the hostesses. The afternoon was spent in needle work. The bride was the recipient of many useful gifts. The hostess served a de licious luncheon to the 13 guests. Pres. C. E. Smith spent the latter part of last week in Salt Lake City.
