Johnson is building a large new poultry house on his farm adjoining town and along with his other rural occupations will hereafter engage in the poultry business. R. E. Redelings, superintendent of the Corinne Canal district, put a force of men at work Tuesday cleaning out the canal and doing all work necessary for the conveyance of the water. Several young men from town are engaged in the work with others. Mrs. B. M. Shaw and daughter Mayme and Mrs. C. F. ,Shaw were Brigham City visitors Monday. Several members of the Evans family from Corinne attended a family dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Park Clark at Hyrum Sunday. Mrs. Reuben Jensen of Carlin, Nev., with her three daughters, is here visiting her father, Bishop Abr. Evans, and family. Another daughter, Mrs. Clark, of Hyrum, and her three children are also visiting the family. Miss Gladys Jensen of Salt Lake City is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Jensen, living north of town.
