It is the intent and purpose of this Section to provide orderly growth and development of the residential areas of Beaver City. 02. BUILDING PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW. Before any building or structure is erected on any lot in Beaver City, a Site Plan shall be submitted and approved, and a Building Permit obtained from the Beaver City office. 03. SET BACK REQUIREMENTS, a. He was born April 16. 1915, in Brigham City, a son of Orson A. and Clara Fotheringham Whitaker. He married Beth Snow Anderson of Murray, Utay, May 9, 1942. in the St. George Temple. Scott's mother was a cousin to Jennie Harlcy Fotheringham, Lester, Ruby McMuIlin, Elsie and Annabellc Hales, and Lula T. Tanner. His father was a music teacher in Beaver at one tirne. The family lived in the home now owned by Hannabcll Kirkham.
