Events for mature family members include TRICARE briefings and glaucoma screenings, and representatives from Garden Terrace Memory Screening, Community Nursing Services and ENCORE. 9 Classes scheduled include self defense at 10 jlhl and 2 p.m.; Yoga, 10:30 a.m., noon, 1 and 3 pjn4 a cooking demonstration, 1 p.m.; "Preparing to Quit Smoking," 11 a.m.; and Feng Shui, 1:30 ajn. 1 p.m.: Special activities planned are screening for diabetics, cholesterol breast cancer, podiatry and hearing; demonstrations of massage therapy, evaluation for spinal align- d Club.
