The place is being refiniahed in red and black, and will be open for business Saturday. The first room contains the fountain and lunch counters, with ice cream, candies, sandwiches, tobaccos and other wants always available, and has attractive booths at the side. The second room, with polished hardwood floor, contains small tables and will be available for dan cing parties and entertainment. The third room is designed for card partios, bridge luncheons and similar occasions, and a complete kitchen will handle the meals. Ladies and gentlemens restrooms are available, as well as a private room for billiard parties. The entire place is most attractive and Alphonso Ossana and Miss Lena Ossana, the proprietors, have spared no pains nor expense to have it conform with the require ments of the public. He makes the following reports of snow depths and water content for the three watersheds, viz: Cottonwood creek, Huntington-Gooseber-rand Price river water sheds. The average depth of snow was measured at intervals ot 100 feet over a 2600 foot course for each of the foregoing. Price river: average depth of snow, SI. 11 inches; water content, 20.7 inches. Cottonwood creek on Sanpitch watershed: average depth of snow, 53.23 inches; water content, 20 inches. Huntington-Gooseberr- y basin: average depth of snow 65.00; water content, 22.5 inches.
