The county ordinance, offering protection against unscrupulous peddlers, in part, reads as follows: "The annual license fee provided for in this ordinance shall not apply to peddlers or hawkers of agricultural, horticultural or farm products which are grown, raised or produced by such peddler or hawker, or to vendors of books, periodicals, newspapers; and, provided further that such peddler or hawker of farm produce, fruit butter, eggs, poultry, fish and all other perishable foods used for human consumption, which he may offer for sale and which said produce, perishable foods, etc., have been grown, raised or produced by such peddler or hawker, shall be subject to an inspection fee for the inspection of such produce, fruit, eggs, butter, poultry and other perishable food products. "It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in wholesaling farm produce butter, eggs, fruit and all otw perishable foods used for human consumption which is subject to inspection to sell or deUver the same without having had it so inspected and without first obtaining a written statement from the inspector showing the same to have been inspected. Said written statement shall be kept handy at all times and shall be exhibited to any peace office, upon demand, in the same manner and form as is herein provided for in case of 'l hawker or peddler.
