Miss Minnie Densley returned home Friday after spending six months in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Clissbe Lovell of Oak City will spend the winter here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Peterson. The Ladies Aid Society will conduct a cooked food sale Wednesday of next week at the Community church. Pu-ddings, mince meat, and fsuit cake will be sold. FUNERAL NOTICE The funeral service for Mr. Robe1·t Doty was held Wednesday at 2 o'clock at the Union wardhouse. Bishop Heber J. Burgon was in charge. Music was furnished by the ward _.... · ass1s · ted by M'ms .."""""mon d w101r, and Mr. Golden Hrut of South Jordan who sang: "Whispering Hope," and Master Floyl Graham who rendered a violin solo, "A Perfect Day." The speakers were: George Jenkins, Jacob Griffith, Charles cOlebrook of Butterville, Zebdee Smart and Bishop Burgon. Zebdee Smart offered the opening prayer and Jacob Griffith pronounced the Benediction. Floml offerings were profuse and very beautiful. Interment was in the Murray Cemetery. Mr. Doty was born in Midvale, November 25, 1876 and was 49 years old at the time of his death. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Eliza Middleton Doty and two daughters, Mrs. Stella Atkinson of Carey, Idaho a.nd Miss Eleanor Doty, and the following brothers and sisters: Mr. John,(}!
