At\DER<;OI'I r ROUNDUP OFFERS PEPPY PROGRAM The Second Annual Salt Lake Frontier Roundup will stage a daily program of surprises and thrills beginning August 19, and ending on the 22nd. Every event that roundup experts can devise by matching the mettie of untamed animals against the daring of riders and ropers will be seen at its best. Each of the four days will offer a spectacular card of the followi!lg events: bucking horse contests, wtld steer riding, calf roping, wild horse racing, Indian squaw racin~. fancy and trick riding, fancy roptng, cow pony racing, Indian pon~ racing, .relay racing, cowboy racmg, lndtan travois racing and a mammoth roundup parade. . There will be numerous surpnse novelties to entertain the crowds between the big scheduled acts and events. No one can foretell just what may happen at the frontier roundup, not even the manager himself. Incidental to the roundup program will be m~ny other Salt Lake City attractions. The Portland and Salt Lake clubs of the Coast League will play a series during roundup week at Bonneville Park. Then there are tho attractions of the theaters, the Saltair and Lagoon resorts and alluring trips into any of Salt Lake's famous scenic canyons.
