Alonzo Eastman, Jack Miller and Jack Crane visited in Evanston, Wyo. part of last week ,returning home Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Crane and family and Mrs. Samuel Butterfield spent last week-end visiting at Nephi and Payson. Miss Ruth Dansie had as dinner guests Sunday at her home, Miss MyrUe Hunz of Bern, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Bateman and family of Midl'ale and Mr. and Mrs. Gus Sand. atrum and family of Salt Lake. Miss Cornelia Crane of Salt Lake was the guest of her mother, Mrs. S. J. Crane, last week. Elder Frank Nedwman of Riverton was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Albert J. Crane and family Tuesday. T. Bodell and family were the guests of Mrs. Hannah Rhodes of American Fork Sunjay. A Republican rally and dance was held Monday evening in the amusement hall. The speakers were Mr. Reid, campaign manager; C. R. Bradford and Clarence Cowan, Salt Lake; I. E. Lester of Murray. The music was from Salt Lake. Mrs. Milton Bodell entertained at her home Saturday at a childrens party in honor of the sixth birthday anniversary of her son, Elwood. Games were played and refreshments were served to about 30 small guests. Mrs. Bodell was assisted in the serving by Mrs. Cecil 0. Poore and Mrs. R. L. Parry. The Gleaner Girls of the M. I. A. presented the play, "Eyes of Blue," Friday evening of last week to a large and appreciative audience . Mr. and Mrs. Parley Butterfield and family of Riverton have moved here to make their home for the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Miller entertained at a dinner at their home Sunday.
