KROGER A farewell J It Is a pleasure to submit to you my eleventh annual report of the schools of Jordan District covering the school year 1927-1928. No attempt will be made to outline the year's work in detail, but only such Items as indicate the trend of devel· opment and the present condition of our school system. General Statement The year has been one of substan• tiai achievement and progress. Har• mony and teamwork have character• !zed our efforts throughout. No out· side ln11u~nces have interfered wit!J the steady progress of school work, and everything seems to have conspird to 'make this a decidedly suc· cessful year.
