Show MIDVALE JOURNAL AND MURRAY EAGLE JORDAN ST KE The Stake and ward officers of the Primary held a very successful ~nd entertaining social in the Riverton ward amt.semc.nt hall o,n Thursday of last week. The program consisted of songs folk dancing, games and stories. It was in the nature of a misfit party and the costumes were ancient and amusing. Wedding .gow;ns of 40 years ago were worn by real young ladies, in fact clothing of all sorts, size and color was bt·ought into use. Mrs. Armand F. Rundquist of West J ordtan was given the prize for the best costume. Light refreshments were served to upwards of 100 Primary workers. The Religion class officers are pla,nning to begin their work immediately and ask the support of ward officers and parents in this Educational field. The Stake Relief Society are planning for a teachers conventio,n to be held Sept. 27th in the South Jordan Ward Chapel. A splendid program is in preparation, consisting of songs, speaches and demons.tratio.ns. I officers and teachers are expected to be present. An invitation is extended to all who may be interested. A Seventies Convention of the West Jordan Stake will be held Su,nday Sept llth at 3 o'clock in the South Jordan ward chapel. All seventies are requested to be present. Members of the General Authorities of the Quorum of Seventy will be in attendance A .good program has been arranged. On Sept. 20th all M. I.
