In response to the inquiries of the Court as to whether he could give any assurance that he would obey the law in the future, he replied that he bad nothing to say. Tbe Court tben asked Mr. Crismon as to h:s financial condition, which was not very flourishing, and imposed a penalty of six months' imprisonment the penitentiary and a line of $50 and costs.
