Employers asked them questions and treated it as though it were a real interview and these people were really trying to get the position. Adam Davis was one of the seniors with Alice Smith. He was being interviewed for a communications manager's position. He felt that it gave him an insight on what it would really be like to be interviewed for this type of position. Adam also felt that this would be a good experience for other students so that they would know what it is like to go on an interview. He remarked that by doing so, other people would know what to expect. seniors. He thought it was a fun experience and that it taught the kids a few things about getting interviewed in the real world. He prepared them for interviews and jobs in coaching for high schools and maybe colleges. Cindy Pierce was another one of the people who interviewed the seniors.
