The is an inhaler ordered through prescription Mountain View Pharmacy as a patient prescription. Usual procedure is to order medications as prescribed by a doctor. When they arrive, the patient picks them up at the hospital office. John Gledhill, hospital administrator, said he knows of no previous incident where a prescription has been reported missing. "The hospital is doing a full investigation. We have also changed the procedure for receiving prescriptions," he said. Previously they were stored in a cabinet in the office. They are now locked up, with one person on the shift taking responsibility by signing for receipt of the shipment and for all dispersement. Minersville Project Teamwork kids sent the message to everyone during their annual torch run October 24th. !a1' se . The 4th annual event, sponsored by Project Teamwork," involved virtually every student in Minersville School. Students in grades 3 through 8 converged on the town from their designated locations along Hwy 21. The runners met at the city park, where they were joined by Kindergarten, 1 st and 2nd Graders, for the remaining jaunt to the school. Superintendent Carl Holmes ran the entire distance from the Minersville The Beaver County Sheriff s Department and Reservoir to the school. Special Service District 3 ambulance crews provided protection for the students during the run. Kathryn Evans, group leader, supplied the enthusiasm and organization.
