An incident of assault was handled in Milford,Utah. Two subjects were arrested following a report of a gas skip from Southcreek Texaco, Beaver. A Milford man was arrested and booked into jail on charges of Intoxication. A Beaver juvenile was referred to Juvenile Court on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Two men from Lakewood, Colorado, were arrested by a Sheriff Deputy and booked into jail on charges of Possession of Marijuana. A Sheriffs Deputy arrested a Murray, Utah, man and booked him into jail on charges of Driving on Suspension and two warrants out of other counties. A Salt Lake City, Utah, man was arrested by UHP and booked into jail on charges of Driving on Suspension, Speeding, and two warrants out of other counties. A Beaver, Utah, man was arrested by a Sheriffs Deputy and booked into jail on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. A Sheriffs Deputy arrested a Blackfoot, Idaho, man on charges of Possession of Drugs, Open Container, and D legal Consumption of Alcohol by Adult Minor. He was booked into jail. An incident of Spouse Abuse was reported in Beaver. The offender was issued a citation and a No Contact Order. A Sheriffs Deputy arrested a Delta, Utah, man and booked him into jail on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia. A Washington, Utah, woman was arrested by the Sheriffs Department and booked into jail on charges of Possession Possession of of Paraphernalia, and Container, Open Marijuana, Speeding. There was one animal problem handled by the Sheriffs Department during the week. Responses were made to 59 requests for assistance.
